01 / YOUR OPERATION

Find your first AI employee.

Start with the work that keeps slipping, slowing down, or returning to you.

Which workflow causes the most friction?

Managed AI employees
for owner-led
service businesses

Receive an immediate starting point, followed by a personal workflow review from Arnold.

I design, build, and manage a focused AI employee around the way your business already works. It uses approved context and tools, completes routine steps, and brings exceptions back to the right person.

Start with one workflow and one measurable outcome. No new platform to learn, and no need to change everything at once.

Book an AI workflow call

30 minutes. Bring one workflow that keeps slipping, slowing down, or returning to you.

Your business does not need more strategy. It needs dependable follow-through.

A paid lead waits for a reply. A customer request disappears in a shared inbox. The CRM is accurate only when someone remembers. Senior people lose hours to reminders, status checks, and reports.

Your team may know exactly what to do, but execution still depends on someone chasing it. That costs revenue, slows customers down, and makes growth create more management work.

Leads go cold

Good opportunities wait while someone finds the context and decides who should respond.

Customers wait

Routine requests sit in crowded inboxes and receive an inconsistent experience.

Senior people coordinate

Your best people spend valuable hours on reminders, record updates, and status checks.

The owner stays involved

Important work moves only when you check, chase, or reconnect the pieces yourself.

Give the routine coordination a clear owner.

Your managed AI employee watches one defined workflow, completes approved routine steps, and brings decisions and exceptions to a person. Your team keeps the relationships and judgment; the system keeps the work moving.

You define the business outcome. I take responsibility for designing, implementing, and operating the system behind it.

01IDENTIFY

Choose one leaking workflow

Find the leads, requests, follow-ups, or recurring work that still depends on someone remembering.

02DEFINE

Set the job and boundaries

Agree on the outcome, routine actions, approval points, integrations, and exceptions.

03LAUNCH

Put the AI employee to work

Connect the required tools, test the workflow, and launch with clear human oversight.

04IMPROVE

Measure, manage, and expand

Monitor the work, improve reliability, and add responsibilities only after the first workflow proves value.

Choose the first job your AI employee should own.

Begin where slow response, inconsistent follow-through, or repetitive coordination is already costing time or opportunity.

01

Lead and inquiry follow-up

Respond to new inquiries, collect approved details, update records, and keep the next step moving.

Escalates when judgment is needed
02

Customer request coordination

Prepare routine answers, route requests, and keep customers informed without losing the human relationship.

Approved answers and tools only
03

Inbox triage

Organize incoming messages, prepare thoughtful responses, and make sure the important ones move first.

Human approval available
04

Commitments and open loops

Track promises, prepare next steps, and surface stalled work before it becomes a missed opportunity.

Runs on schedule
05

Reports and summaries

Turn approved business information into useful recurring reports without rebuilding them every week.

Prepared for review
06

Administrative follow-through

Coordinate repetitive research, record updates, reminders, and status checks across your existing process.

Complete activity log

Can connect to approved business tools after review.

Not another tool. Not unnecessary headcount. A managed job owner.

It carries approved context, follows the workflow, logs its work, surfaces exceptions, and improves with ongoing management.

GENERIC AI TOOL

Capable, but waiting for instructions.

Your team still has to prompt it, provide context, check the result, and remember what should happen next.

ANOTHER COORDINATOR

Helpful, but adds another person to manage.

Hiring can be right when the work needs judgment or relationships. Routine coordination may not require another layer of headcount.

More capacity to grow without more coordination overhead.

Fewer missed opportunities

Leads, customer requests, commitments, and follow-ups stay visible until the next step is complete.

Faster response times

Routine requests can be organized, researched, and prepared without starting from scratch.

Less coordination work

Senior people stop spending their best hours on reminders, status checks, and repetitive administration.

More dependable execution

Important processes rely less on memory, inbox searches, and the owner checking what happened.

Clearer human decisions

Routine work moves automatically while exceptions and decisions come to the right person.

More capacity to grow

Serve more customers and opportunities before adding another layer of administrative headcount.

I have built automation for clients across different business environments. I understand that a system is only useful when it works reliably in the real world, handles exceptions, protects sensitive access, and remains understandable.

You work directly with me. I learn how your business operates, build the system, and remain responsible for its ongoing operation.

Know whether this fits before we talk.

No AI hype. Just a practical look at the businesses, workflows, and boundaries that make a managed AI employee useful.

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee is a managed system given specific responsibilities within your business. It can work across approved tools, use approved business information, follow established processes, and complete or prepare work for human review. Unlike a general chatbot, it is configured around your operations.

Who is this service for?

Arlx is designed for established, owner-led service businesses where leads, customer requests, follow-ups, reports, or administrative work still depend on the owner or a senior team member keeping everything connected. It is not designed for pre-revenue businesses looking for a cheap chatbot or for companies that want AI making high-risk decisions without oversight.

What happens during the free AI workflow call?

Bring one workflow where work keeps slipping, slowing down, or returning to you. In 30 minutes, we will identify the trigger, routine actions, decisions, exceptions, and likely business outcome. You will leave with a clearer view of whether the work needs process cleanup, simple automation, or a managed AI employee. There is no obligation to continue and no technical preparation required.

Is this another software subscription?

No. You are hiring me to design, build, operate, and improve the system for you. You will not receive a login and be left to figure everything out yourself.

Do I need to understand AI?

No. We will discuss your business, not AI terminology. I translate your operational needs into the appropriate system and manage the technical work behind it.

Will this replace members of my team?

The aim is to remove repetitive work, reduce missed tasks, and give your team more capacity. We deliberately decide which actions the AI can complete and which require human judgment and approval.

Can it work with our existing tools?

In many cases, yes. It can potentially work with email, calendars, documents, project-management systems, CRMs, and other business software. Specific integrations are evaluated during discovery.

What happens when something breaks?

I monitor and maintain the system. If a workflow, connection, or scheduled process fails, I investigate and correct it. Troubleshooting is part of the managed service.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. Starting with one valuable responsibility is often the best approach. Once it works reliably, we can expand into other parts of the business.

How do you handle access and security?

Access is limited to what the AI employee needs to perform its responsibilities. We define permissions, approval points, safeguards, and any specific security requirements before implementation.

Which part of the business should stop depending on you?

Bring one workflow where leads, customer requests, follow-ups, reports, or administrative work keeps slipping, slowing down, or returning to you.
